Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotline Chef or in a similar role.
- Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification.
- In-depth knowledge of hot food preparation techniques and best practices.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
