Position Overview:

As a Property Marketing Officer/Influencer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our properties through various online platforms, building brand awareness, and driving sales leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong social media presence, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset for leveraging digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive user engagement.

Influencer Collaboration:

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand the reach of property marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that promotes our properties.

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality visual and written content for property listings, promotional materials, and social media channels.
  • Utilize graphic design tools and other multimedia elements to enhance marketing materials.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in consumer behavior.
  • Use market insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools and social media analytics.
