SME Loan Officers Position at Platinum Credit (U) Ltd

Platinum Credit (U) Ltd, a leading Microfinance Company licensed in Uganda, is expanding its dynamic team by seeking dedicated and professional SME Loan Officers. This role is pivotal in supporting the financial aspirations of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Kampala and the rest of Uganda. With a mission to deliver cash in 24 hours through streamlined processes, Platinum Credit is committed to excellence and rapid service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with loan applicants to collect and verify financial information.
- Explaining loan products and services to prospective customers.
- Developing new business prospects from various channels including current customers and referrals.
- Conducting financial analyses to determine loan eligibility and terms.
- Managing loan application processes, including documentation and credit history reviews.
- Preparing and interpreting financial reports and loan schedules.
- Working closely with clients to identify their financial objectives.
- Ensuring timely collection of payments and managing delinquency.
- Making presentations to groups and individuals to attract new clients.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Knowledge and understanding of SME Loans.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age between 23 and 30 years.
