The role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Commercial Marketing Assistant to support our commercial sales marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns, promoting our products and contributing to the overall success of our commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist the Marketing Manager in the execution and monitoring of commercial marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Contribution to the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations and digital content, ensuring alignment with company & group regulations.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate on digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing and online advertising.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of conferences/ events and other relevant events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in developing strategies to engage industry professionals, key opinion leaders through various marketing channels.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior and provide insights for future marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with the healthcare industry regulations and ethical standards.

Skills / Experience

  • Hands-on experience in setting up and managing experiential marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C with significant return on investment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract meaningful insights from marketing data.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications and Trainin

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing, with a strong understanding of Trade marketing
