Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of Ugandan labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
