Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at St Steven Suites, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly assistance, handling inquiries and reservations, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and facilitate smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
