Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank statements with general ledger entries.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of budgets.
- Compile comprehensive financial data and create management and financial reports.
- Analyze revenue generation and loss.
- Evaluate software proficiency for data organization.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial regulations.
- Present financial data to managers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Stay updated on current legislation related to finance and accounting.
- Assist management in decision-making through budgets and forecasts.
- Track key performance indicators and collaborate with managers to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent experience.
- CPA Level 3 preferred.
