Position Description:
The mPharma Data Analyst Internship Program (DAIP) is a 6-month hybrid internship program that offers real-world data analytics experience, including predictive analytics and data visualization. Interns will collaborate with stakeholders from various business functions to provide solutions to real-life problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support data analysis across multiple product areas, including marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to aid decision-making and identify opportunities.
  • Assist in the implementation of analytics request and prioritization systems.
  • Build and implement QA processes for data validation.
  • Ensure data quality across mPharma.
  • Support other assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • One year of professional experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase or Power BI.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Legal right to work in your country of residence (Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda).
