Shree Sahajanand International School Bukoto is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Head Teacher for their Cambridge curriculum school. If you have a passion for educational leadership and a strong background in teaching, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications:
- Educational Leadership Experience:
- Extensive experience in educational leadership roles, including headship or deputy headship positions in schools.
- Teaching Experience:
- Strong background in teaching, preferably with experience in international education and familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Postgraduate Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in education or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Development:
- Continuous professional development in educational leadership, curriculum development, and international education.
- Understanding of Cambridge Curriculum:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge curriculum and assessment systems.
- Strategic Planning Skills:
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the school’s academic performance and overall development.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Vision and Innovation:
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new initiatives to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
- Financial Management Skills:
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management to ensure the efficient operation of the school.
- Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment that celebrates cultural differences.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Knowledge of local educational regulations and compliance requirements.
- Reference and Recommendations:
- Positive recommendations and references from previous employers or colleagues.
- Leadership Qualities:
- Strong leadership qualities, including integrity, resilience, adaptability, and passion for education.
Minimum Experience:
- 10 years of experience in a similar position.
