Role Purpose
The Call Center Officer will be responsible for attending to customer and provider queries by determining their requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling customer requests.
Main Responsibilities
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Recent graduate from a recognized university.
- General insurance and life insurance-related knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent marketing, presentation, and communication skills.

- Medical professionals have an added advantage.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and packages.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Call Centre environment would be an added advantage.
