Victorious Education Services invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacancies that exist within the institution;
Position Title 1: Kindergarten Teachers (Baby, Middle & Upper Primary)
Position Title 2: Primary School Teachers (Lower, Middle & Upper Primary)
Duties and Responsibilities;
■ Establish a conducive learning environment for learners
■ Conduct and deliver lessons as per approved curriculum
■ Conduct learning needs analysis and take responsibility for guiding and ensuring progress of the assigned group of learners
■ Organize the classrooms and related resources in readiness for learning so as to support a healthy learning environment for the learners.
■ Work with the parents and other stakeholders to achieve maximum involvement in the wholistic development of the learners
■ Ensure safety of learners during class activities and outside activities
– Develop and foster appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age. ability and aptitude
Qualifications and Experience
■ Should be a registered teacher
■ Diploma in Early Child hood Development for Kindergarten & Diploma/Degree in Education for Primary Teacher
■ Ability to guide teaching and learning process.
Specific Knowledge Skills & Competencies
• Skills in classroom delivery
■ God fearing, trustworthy and a person of integrity
■ Good moral standing with exemplary character
■ Ability to use ICT to support the learning process
■ Logical thinker and innovative with problem solving skills
■ Fluency in spoken/written English language
■ Highly Customer Centric in delivery of services
