Do you have high ambitions for your career? As a Web development intern, you will be handed responsibilities to develop, implement, track and optimize ou Google marketing campaigns.
Wild is a coffee startup from Uganda on a mission to change the coffee industry. While big companies far away from where the coffee grows make lots of money, the countries where the coffee is grown do not benefit. we want to change this.
Wild has bold ambitions and is working to expand our brand and product reach.
Roles and responsibilities
You need to be at the forefront of cutting edge marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept t0 execution You will work with the marketing team and supporting teams such as programmers and photographers to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
+ Work with our marketing team to plan end execute all digital marketing campaigns and funnels
+ Design, build and maintain our social media presence
+ Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
+ Measure and report performance of all capital marketing campaigns and assess against goals ROI and KPI.
+ Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights:
+ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
+ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
+ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
+ Grow and utilise email marketing
Minimum Requirements
+ A degree in marketing or any other related fields
+ Highly creative with knowledge in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage. inform and motivate.
+ Knowledge of leading and managing SEO/SEM, email and social media advertising campaigns
+ Ability to optimise landing pages and user funnels
+ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics.
+ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
+ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

How long is the internship for?
‘The initial stage is one week and if approved, the internship will be extended for one month and possibly for three months. Ultimately it may lead to a full-time position for the right candidate.
