In 2020, during the Covid-19 Pandemic and lockdown, we began to think and strategize on how to help businesses find customers away from their physical locations, while at the same time offering a vast collection of products for customers to select from, all at a click away.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver groceries to different addresses.
- Follow Routes and Time schedule.
- Load, Unload, Prepare, Inspect, and Operate a delivery bike.
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve Clients’ complaints.
- Collect Cash payments or Mobile money.
- Inform customers about new products and services.
- Complete Logs and Reports.
- Follow Road regulations and Safely standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education
