Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
Job Summary:
Responsible for carrying out Data Entry related to Physical Records Management and Electronic Records Management
Roles and responsibilities:
- Welcoming/receiving clients
- Data Capturing of physical files, folders, and others as per the Company Policies & Procedures.
- Entering client’s data into the central data base
- Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
- Maintaining and updating the database
- Generating periodic reports.
- Coordinates information creation, receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispositions
- Ensures security and preservation of records.
- Ensures Confidentiality of records
- Responsible for maintaining data and records for the company.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business and IT related courses
- Minimum of 1 year in data entry experience
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of integrity
- Ability to think analytical
- Ability to enter large volume of data quickly and accurately
- Proficiency in Computer systems
