Job title: 3 Office Attendants
Organization: Trust AIC Foundation (TAF)
Location: Kampala.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Distribute documents to offices as required
- Move other materials to designated locations as instructed
- Serve refreshments and meals
- Clean utensils
- Clean offices and related facilities
- Liaise with respective sections to organize cluster internal functions e.g. general staff meetings etc
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum Academic Qualifications: Uganda Certificate of Education
- 1 year in the job before joining TAF (AIC)
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Customer care
