- The person must be fluent in one or more of the following languages: Acholi, Akaramojong, Alur, Ateso, Kumam, Kupsabiny, Labwor, Lango, Luganda, Runyankore, Rutoro, Lugbara, Lukonjo, Lumasaba, Lunyole, Luo, Lusoga, Pokot, Rufumbira, Rukiga, Sabin, and Samia.
Minimum qualifications:
- Born-again Christian that lives out a Christian character
- Computer literacy
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
