Position: Business Development Officer – Pension

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development
  2. Relationships Management
  3. Scheme Compliance
  4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Key Deliverables:

  1. Meeting set new business development targets and retention.
  2. Managing new customers and ensuring successful onboarding.
  3. Monitoring tender requests, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, and providing updates on tender status.
  4. Contributing to the growth of the pensions business through upselling, cross-selling, and generating referrals.
  5. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Key Competencies:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  2. Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  2. Diploma in Insurance.

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
