About IRC:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating project activities involving the management and storage of pharmaceutical supplies and medical equipment.
  • Ensuring the availability of cost-effective, safe, efficacious, and rational use of pharmaceutical products through tools such as SPARS.
  • Strengthening the process of logistics management of supplies in alignment with MOH guidelines.
  • Ensuring tracking and accountability for all medical and pharmaceutical products and related supplies used by health facilities.
  • Supporting forecasting and quantification of supplies obtained from the warehouse.
  • Supporting good storage and distribution practices at both warehouse and facilities.
  • Compiling monthly reports for donors and internal use at IRC.
  • Utilizing and regularly updating available Pharma inventory systems like Rx solution.
  • Capacity building and mentorship for all facility dispensers.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Active registration with the Allied Medical Practitioners Council with proof of a practicing license.
  • At least two years of experience in an NGO setting in a similar position.
