Organized by the Drucker Society Europe in collaboration with the Drucker Forum, this international essay competition invites participants to delve into a current management topic within the framework of Peter Drucker’s human-oriented management philosophy.

- Age Range: Open to individuals aged 18 to 35 (inclusive of both ages).
- Previous Participation: You should not have been a Drucker Challenge Laureate or participated in the Drucker Forum in this capacity before.

- Seeking your first opportunity after completing your last degree

- Manager of people, projects, budgets, and/or processes

Essay Format:
- Word Count: 1500 to 3000 (excluding footnotes and any graphics) as a PDF or Word document
- Font Size: 12 points
- Language: English
- Anonymity: Your name must not be included anywhere in the essay
Exclusivity:
- Entries should be produced exclusively by the participant for the purpose of this competition.
- Essays must not have been published elsewhere.
Originality:
- The essay must be written entirely and exclusively by the participant.
- Use of tools like Chat-GPT or any Generative AI tools is not allowed. Entries violating this rule will be disqualified.
