Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales programs and campaigns to meet regional sales targets.
- Implement new sales initiatives across the country.
- Provide guidance to trade partners on route-to-market strategies.
- Lead the regional execution team to enhance distributor route profitability and ROI.
- Monitor sales performance using key performance indicators to improve route distribution effectiveness.
- Drive market expansion and growth initiatives to achieve regional distribution targets.
- Develop the capability and discipline of the regional execution team to increase order generation and delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and update of regional outlet master data and share of shelf.
- Support sourcing, vetting, training, evaluation, and sustainability of regional distributors.
- Implement Distributor Management System (DMS) and Sales Force Automation for enhanced sales visibility.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales within the FMCG industry.
