Position: Bancassurance Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management
- Sales Support: Sales activation, product knowledge training, branch visits, performance tracking, etc.
- After Sales Support (Customer Service Management)
- Lead Support: Designing and implementing sales activities and strategies
- Delivering periodic governance & performance reports
- Organizing stakeholder engagements and client events
- Tracking marketing spends against budget
- Other duties as assigned
Core Competences Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Banking
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a financial institution
- Excellent relationship management, coaching, and training skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures
- High standards of integrity and work ethic
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
