Position Overview: Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of SCB Partnership will be responsible for achieving financial targets for revenue, profit, and growth while driving company objectives through effective working relationships with partners and upholding a compliant culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on delivering desired outcomes aligned with company strategy
- Develop and deploy initiatives to achieve company objectives
- Analyze data to continually improve partnership programs
- Maintain effective communication with partners and resolve issues
- Lead dynamic teams and coach for high performance
Core Competences Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Banking
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a financial institution
- Experienced in account management of multiple partners
- Proficient in Bancassurance sales model
- Excellent track record in delivering sales
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to inspire at the strategy level and drive execution
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and cultures
- High standards of integrity and work ethic
