As part of our dedication to excellence, we are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Call Center Agent – Telesales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Telesales: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, promoting Premier Credit Limited’s financial products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience during every interaction.
  • Sales Targets: Exceed set sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our financial products and services to potential customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Premier Credit Limited’s offerings to confidently address customer queries and provide relevant information.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure ethical and legal telesales practices.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team leader and other team members to achieve overall objectives and foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven experience in telesales or call center roles is advantageous.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and any of the following languages: Acholi, Runyankore, Rukonzo, Rukiga, Gishu, Lugbara, Langi, Japadhola, Lusoga, Samia.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuasively articulate product features and benefits.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Target Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve common goals.
