Job Title: IT Volunteer
Organization: PPDA
Duty Station: Kampala
Roles and responsibilities
- Provide Users with timely IT Support
- Install and Setup of Software, Hardware and Peripheral Equipment
- Troubleshoot Hardware, OS and other IT Problems that may arise
- Backup and Restoration of User and Server Data
- Software Developers will have an added advantage (Open Source + PHP+LAMP Stack)
- Any other duties that might be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Has just completed or graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Information Technology
from a recognized university. - Completed at-least one internship satisfactorily during the course of study with references
