Job Position: Trainee Strengthening Civil Society

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and organization of the office relocation process.
- Taking stock and sorting office assets in preparation of the shift.
- Scanning of required data before it is shredded.
- Preparation of assets classification and as well as handover documentation to partners.
- Assisting staff in packing and labelling of items for the office shift.
- Provide assistance with any other administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick comprehension, good analytical skills and the ability to present complex contexts in a well-structured way.
- Understanding/Knowledge in organising events is an added advantage.
- Understanding/Knowledge in writing, editing and layout is an added advantage.
- Understanding/Knowledge about working with Government and CSO partners is an added advantage.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, social sciences, or a related field.
