About the Program:
The Centum RE Future Leader Graduate Program is a two-year intensive initiative offering exciting workplace learning opportunities. As a participant, you’ll immerse yourself in East Africa’s largest Real Estate company, Centum Real Estate. Our place-making ability has made us a regional success story, as we actualize our vision of developing cost-effective and competitive business locations.

Eligibility Criteria:
We seek graduates who can excel at Centum Real Estate today and become our leaders of tomorrow. The ideal candidate must:
- Be ambitious, proactive, creative, and optimistic.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset, be energetic, and willing to take risks.
- Be a curious learner, adept at digital problem-solving, and tech-savvy.
- Demonstrate assertive communication, confidence, and strong presentation skills.
- Be prepared to learn, develop, and succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Have graduated in 2023 or be scheduled to graduate in 2024.
- Attained a minimum of B+ in KCSE or equivalent (for Kenyan Graduates) or 15 aggregates in UACE or equivalent (for Ugandan Graduates).
- Hold a 2nd upper or above, regardless of the degree discipline.
- Have 0-2 years of work experience.
