Job Brief:
We are seeking professional Housekeepers to maintain our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of our reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms meet industry standards through regular inspection.
- Protect equipment and report any inadequacies.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.
- Monitor consumable stock levels and replenish as needed.
- Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and company practices.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Efficient work ethic without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Minimum qualification: Professional Certificate.
