About UNDP:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Content Production:
    • Conceptualize and create various digital and print products to support initiatives.
    • Produce high-quality photography and videography content for UNDP’s digital platforms.
  2. Content Development:
    • Create video scripts, website stories, factsheets, and social media content.
    • Design graphics, visual content, and layouts for videos and motion graphic products.
  3. Data Visualization:
    • Propose and implement creative solutions for data visualizations, infographics, and maps.
    • Ensure all communications materials adhere to UNDP brand guidelines.
  4. Digital Design:
    • Develop animated and static digital advertisements, email visuals, and social media assets.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Communications and Partnerships Unit to enhance digital content production.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to build compelling narratives around UNDP’s development solutions.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in digital communications.
  • One year of experience in graphic design, photography, videography, storytelling, and digital communications.
  • Experience in the UN or other international development organizations is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet/email usage.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team and adapt in a challenging environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Sound security awareness.
  • Affinity or interest in digital storytelling, communication for development, volunteerism, and the UN System.
  • Age: 18 – 26 years
  • Nationality: Candidate must be a national or legal resident of the country of assignment.
  • Language: English, Level – Working knowledge.
