Munig Engineering Solutions Limited (MESL) is seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Officer to join their dynamic marketing team. As the Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing MESL’s digital marketing strategy to expand their reach, raise funds, and foster stronger connections with their audiences. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Ensure the company website is updated with fresh content, maintains a consistent tone, and provides a clear user journey.
- Write engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and stay informed about MESL’s latest developments.
Social Media Coordination:
- Plan and execute a schedule of activities across various platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to grow the social media audience.
- Coordinate online advertising campaigns, optimizing keywords and ad groups for performance.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and manage regular email marketing campaigns to expand the subscriber base and create compelling, relevant content.
- Conduct testing to optimize email marketing results.
Content Production:
- Coordinate the printing and production of magazines, leaflets, educational materials, and merchandise.
- Provide writing, editorial, and proofreading support for all materials.
Brand Compliance and Awareness:
- Implement brand guidelines across all marketing efforts and ensure compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong writing abilities with a knack for producing compelling copy.
- Proficient in proofreading and editorial skills with keen attention to detail.
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in ICT tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Team player with the capability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience in managing website content and social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing, Google AdWords, and display advertising.
- Ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and effective social media techniques.
- Familiarity with web design, development, and SEO practices.
