Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, making their flight experience memorable.
- Ensuring the safety and security procedures are followed meticulously.
- Handling in-flight services and emergencies with confidence and professionalism.
- Participating in pre-flight briefings and preparing for flights accordingly.
- Maintaining the Emirates high standard of grooming and uniform appearance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A high school graduate (Grade 12) as a minimum educational qualification.
- Over a year of experience in hospitality/customer service.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum height of 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to ensure reachability of emergency equipment.
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform.
- Ability to meet UAE’s employment visa requirements.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented, with a natural ability to provide excellent service while dealing with people from many cultures.
