Spartan Security Limited, a newly established security group registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the laws of the government of Uganda, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team in growing the company. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Sales and Marketing Officer (1)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
  • Conduct market surveys and research for existing and new security services.
  • Communicate new service opportunities to appropriate company staff.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns and coordinate with other staff to close sales.
  • Prepare status reports and adhere to company goals.
  • Follow up on service contracts with clients.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • University degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or business studies preferred.
  • Aged 24-35 years.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in specific Sales & Marketing functions.
  • Ugandan Citizen.
  • Presentable with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills.
  • Strong time management skills.

2. Human Resource Officer (1)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing.
  • Handle employee relations.
  • Performance Management.
  • Oversee employee training programs.
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Maintain employee records and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies supporting organizational goals.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and mediate conflicts.
  • Support organizational growth and change initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • University degree or Diploma in Human Resources, B.A, or related fields.
  • Aged 24-35 years.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in specific HR functions.
  • Ugandan Citizen.
  • Presentable with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in organizational skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Good ethical conduct.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
