Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst at SHONA, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing strategic insights to drive growth in the East African private sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor landscapes.
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategic recommendations to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to assess business performance and inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the East African business landscape.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role, with a focus on market analysis and strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience working in East Africa or a deep understanding of the region’s business environment is highly desirable.
