Job Summary:
The Claims Support Officer is responsible for supporting the efficient processing of insurance claims, contributing to the overall satisfaction of PAX Insurance clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Claims Registration: Register new claims/losses as they occur to ensure they are processed efficiently.
- Documentation Management: Issue discharge vouchers and other relevant claim-related documents.
- Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service throughout the claims process, ensuring client satisfaction and support.
- Claims Assistance: Actively assist in all areas of the claims function to facilitate smooth operation and timely resolution of claims.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Educational Requirement: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course such as Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Professional Certification: A Diploma in Insurance is desirable but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of handling client inquiries effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple claims efficiently.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
