Job Title: Human Resource Officer – Xclusive Uganda Jobs 2022

Reports to: Human Resource Manager

Xclusive Uganda is a group of horticulture companies with approximately 550 employees, based between Gayaza and Zirobwe. We are known for our innovative way of working, care for our employees and the community around us and for our flat organizational structure where we achieve things together.



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HR policies are implemented
  • Ensure timely, quality recruitment and selection for all employees
  • Coordinate and ensure timely evaluation process for all employees annually and probationary
  • Ensure up to date and accurate HR Information database and employees records administration
  • Administer implementation of the staff well-being policy/initiatives
  • Management of employees relations, conflict resolution among employees
  • Organising trainings (Internal and External)
  • Facilitation and orientation of newly hired employees’ processes at all levels
  • Timely generation of HR reports from HRIS and presentation to HR Manager



Minimum Qualifications

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience and should be professionally qualified in HR (post-graduate qualification).
  • At least three years’ experience in handling, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and welfare, HR information management and administration
  • Additional post graduate qualification in HR management will be an added advantage
  • Detailed working knowledge of local labor law
  • Discreet and able to work with confidential issues
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Skills in information management and records keeping
