Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete Tx maintenance tasks/ KPI monitoring/ configuration and troubleshooting
- Technical reporting/communication with the operator on network issue, guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement, clarifying and replying questions.
- Responsible for the trouble ticket and complain resolving SLA achievement / reports delivery in time.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience;
- At least 3 years of Huawei IP equipment experience
- Proficient in OSPF、ISIS、BGP、IPV6、EVPN、SRV6、L2L3VPN、QOS
- High sense of responsibility, track and follow assigned issue until its solved.
- Strong communication skills,rich experience in team management
- Loyal to the position and company;
- Have strong awareness of information security and protection.
Priority Qualifications;
- Familiar with IP network E2E performance analysis and improvement.
- Technical report and presentation capability
