Roles and responsibilities:
1. To plan and execute the production plan
2. Production efficiencies Kpi’s
3. SOP’s compliance and revision
4. Production supplies coordination
5. Production quality supervision
6. Product quality assurance
7. Machinery set up supervision
8. Processing batch reporting and accountability
9. To propose projects for improvements
10. To report work shifts
11. Safety, Health and Environment compliance
12. Team coordination
13. Food safety and sustainability program participation
14. Asset integrity supervision
15. Maintenance plan coordination
16. Team performance evaluation
17. Decision taken for processing issues
18. Lead high level of commitment and motivation
19. Budget planning and execution
20. Stock take participation
Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 2 years as production supervisor or similar
• Experience working in warehouses and factories
• Experience in processing machinery
• Experience working in Industrial environment
• Day shift and night shift rotation
• Safety, Health and Environmental good practices
• Personnel supervision
• Quality controls implementation
• Budget and costing execution
