Position Overview:
The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing and organizing the storage and distribution of inspection equipment, tools, and materials. They will maintain accurate inventory records, calibration, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with inspection teams to ensure the availability of necessary resources for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inspection equipment, tools, and materials in designated storage areas.
  • Maintain organized inventory records, including item descriptions, quantities, and locations using inventory management software.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate with procurement team to place orders for inspection equipment, tools, and materials in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and pack inspection equipment, tools, and materials for dispatch to project sites, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipments.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular maintenance of all NDT tools and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials, if applicable.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of storage areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in the disposal or recycling of obsolete or damaged inspection equipment and materials.
  • Collaborate with inspection teams to fulfill equipment and material requests and address any supply-related issues.
  • Provide support during inventory inspections and audits conducted by internal or external parties.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to inventory management and procurement activities.


  • High school diploma in electrical required; additional education or certification in inventory management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper or similar role, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to storage and handling of materials.
