Job Summary:
The Credit Administrator will be stationed at the branch and will be responsible for reviewing credit proposals, appraising, disbursing loans, and maintaining portfolio quality in line with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and verify loans to enhance branch portfolio quality.
- Lead and direct credit committee meetings for operational efficiency.
- Plan, review, and monitor the implementation of portfolio quality control guidelines.
- Provide relationship management with clients for acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Safely store loan securities and files according to bank policies.
- Review credit proposals, appraise, and disburse loans as per credit and risk management policies.
- Evaluate the performance of different loan products and provide recommendations.
- Verify and ensure the authenticity and completeness of loan documentation.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Three years of experience in banking operations.
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive image of the Bank and impeccable integrity.
- Age: Below 40 years
