Job Title: Finance Manager
Reports to: Financial Controller
Purpose of the Role: The Finance Manager is responsible for providing accurate financial statements and reports that comply with relevant laws, regulations, and international financial reporting standards. The role ensures that financial operations are timely, accurate, and properly documented.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare periodical financial statements and notes in accordance with IFRS, submitting them within set timelines.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and budget variance analysis reports to facilitate management decisions.
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts and ensure accuracy and integrity of transactions posted into the system.
- Coordinate statutory audit processes and ensure compliance with BOU guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Prepare corporation tax and deferred tax computations, ensuring compliance with the Income Tax Act.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s of Business Administration (Major in Finance & Accounting) or Bachelor of Commerce (Statistics, Economics)
- MBA, CPA, ACCA, CFA qualifications are preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of accounting, operational, and financial reporting
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail
