Job Title: Sales and Inventory Officer
Responsibilities:
- Accurate inventory management, including smartphones, and accessories.
- Conducting regular stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Tracking sales performance and analyzing trends.
- Providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in product selection, and addressing inquiries.
- Generating insightful inventory analysis and reports.
- Collaborating with other departments for pricing strategies and operational issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma in accounting or business administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in either accounting or business administration.
- Detail-oriented individual with a knack for managing stock.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work extra hours as required.
