Job Summary
We are hiring Telemarketers to collaborate with each other and run marketing campaigns via a virtual call center. You will be required to make calls to potential leads on the database you are provided, and run them through the various available campaigns. To do well in this role you need to be an ardent team player, highly motivated to sell, with excellent customer service and people skills. In addition, you will need to have zeal to hit targets, remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers and smart phones.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undergo the virtual Call center product trainings
- Receive lead databases and campaign material
- With help of the campaign scripts, make calls to the identified leads and market the campaigns
- Guide leads to next steps upon taking up campaigns
- Receive customer calls and respond to product related inquiries
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
