Roles and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) machines to meet company targets.
- Conduct routine maintenance works on BFS machines and minimize the rate of breakdown.
- Ensure smooth functioning of BFS machines at all times.
- Report all BFS machine breakdowns to the team leader, section head, and engineering department.
- Ensure all safety standards are met and comply with current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
- Maintain high efficiency of BFS machines by minimizing defects.
- Conduct periodic machine parts changes as per departmental requirements.
- Set up and adjust machines as needed.
- Collaborate with the engineering department in installing and commissioning new machines, equipment, and parts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years of experience working in a relevant or similar company.
- Ability to work effectively with senior personnel.
- Excellent report writing skills.
