Job Details:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
  • Securing formulary listings in targeted key hospital accounts.
  • Reporting on sales data and revenue progress.
  • Establishing contracts with key accounts and devising joint business plans and rewards.
  • Gathering market intelligence.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve common goals.
  • Developing a pricing model that enhances Cipla’s margins and profitability.
  • Continually exploring newer sales avenues.

Educational Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc) or Business Administration (BBA) or Business Management (BBM).
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for achieving results.
  • Proficient in business planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Demonstrated successful track record of growing key accounts in a sales role.
