Key Responsibilities
• To attend and participate in all training sessions and workshops as scheduled by the company.
• To complete all assignments and tasks given by trainers and supervisors promptly.
• To shadow senior employees in your department and learn from their experience.
• To take on additional responsibilities as requested or needed by the company.
• To provide feedback to trainers and supervisors regarding the effectiveness of the training program.
Minimum Qualifications
• The skills and qualifications needed for the role of Graduate Trainee are:
• A bachelor’s degree in any field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time management and organizational skills
