Litarm Consults is a manpower management solutions firm operating in Uganda. Litarm Consults is looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Tuku – Tuku Sales Representative on behalf of its client who is a Leading Distribution company operating in Uganda.
Job Summary:
Our Client is looking for a Tuku – Tuku Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that orders for stocks are adequately placed and guiding on how to improve primary sales by the customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily Reconciliation
- Stock counting with the help of the company Auditor
- Depositing cash made daily depending on the invoice produced by the Accounts team
- Preparing receipts for each sale and issuing them to customers as well as keeping a duplicate copy for future company reference.
Distribution
- 100% visiting of customers and updating the DSR Daily.
- 100% SKUs in all outlets visited as per the SBDS.
- 100% Time. (All outlets must be with all SKUs according to the Shopper Based Design Standard (SBDS)
- Must follow the Shopper Based Design Standard (SBDS) while selling.
Pricing
- Sell at recommended selling price and issue out offers as per company sale procedures if any.
- Recommend the customer to sell at recommended Retail price.
Shelving
- Choose the right category for the Products.
- Negotiate the space (P&G corner) with the customer.
Merchandising
- Placing the products in the right customer
- Placing the product at an eye-catching level.
- Enhancing the products with Point of Sales Materials (POSM) like (Posters, banting, shelves etc.)
- Review of the previous day’s performance (sales, productivity, coverage, Visibility)
- Training conducted by Supervisor according to the company initiative and priority.
Attending Morning Meetings
- Being available on time as per company policies.
- Roleplay done by the Tuku – Tuku Sales Rep.
- Review of the previous day’s performance (Sales, productivity, coverage, Visibility).
- Training conducted by Supervisor according the company initiative and priority.
- Roleplay done by the Van SR.
Minimum Qualifications
Our client is seeking a candidate who has the following characteristics:
- Diploma or Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years’+ work experience in related field with a reputable organization.
- Effective Communication skills

- Computer and SFA Skills
- Negotiation skills
