Job Title: Raw Materials Clerk

Organization: Cocacola Uganda

Duty Station: Rwenzori, Uganda

 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurate raw materials Issuance and reconciliation
• Materials requisition based on departmental need
• Material aging reporting to minimize waste/ obsolete materials
• All Material stores to be kept neat and 5s applied
• Prepare documents for daily stock count
• Prepare conciliation sheet to compare with stock and production
• Escalate any hazardous/risky situations to his/her immediate supervisor.
• Plan & deploy temporary employees according to demand in the department

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of Procurement/Supply Chain /Finance /Engineering.
•  +2 years of procurement experience in operational procurement/stores management roles within a FMCG environment.
