Job Title: Site Operator Trainees (16)
Location: Kampala, Uganda. Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites, or other cities if required.
Primary Function: Learn Oilfield Production Operations and Maintenance Work.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in new oil field production commissioning and start-up.
- Assist in collecting, identifying, and resolving production-related issues, reporting abnormalities to senior operators.
- Learn and manage emergency response procedures as per the emergency response plan.
- Understand the production process, central control system, safety systems, equipment operation, and chemical handling procedures.
- Assist in routine operations, troubleshooting production abnormalities, and preventing shutdowns or equipment damage.
- Operate oil, water, gas, and chemical processes, ensuring process stability and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct routine checks, maintain records, and report abnormalities to senior operators promptly.
- Participate in preventive maintenance of production-related equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising contractor onsite work.
- Follow instructions from senior operators.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related fields.
- Preferably 0-2 years’ work experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of development and production processes.
