Job Description:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights, develop financial models, prepare investor-related documentation, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Assist in developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  2. Performance Monitoring:
    • Analyze key financial and operational metrics in different business lines, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
  3. Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and present accurate and timely pitch decks, information memorandums, and other relevant reports to investors and potential financiers.
  4. Capital Management:
    • Support capital allocation decisions through thorough analysis of investment opportunities, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
  5. Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and product development, to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
  6. Market Research:
    • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
  7. Ad Hoc Analysis:
    • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management, investors, or external stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and pursuing an MBA or CFA designation.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
