Friendship Apartments Profile:
Friendship Apartments is a luxurious apartment located in the Heart of Naguru, this luxurious property offers both long and short term stay for our clients, the property consists of 43 fully furnished apartments.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- The applicant must hold a Degree in hospitality
- Two years of customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking and payment systems
- Numeracy skills
- Should possess administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Experience working in multinational environment will be an added advantage
